Roger Zelazny reads at 4th Street Fantasy Convention, 1986
Here’s a video of my favorite author, Roger Zelazny, reading his work at a science fiction convention back in 1986. I’ve been scouring the internet for years, and this is the first video of him I’ve ever managed to come across:

From what I’ve heard, Roger was a very private and shy person. This video is amazing, but it could very well be the only one (publicly available) there is. Perhaps the Prisoners of Gravity TV show has some interviews with him? It does seem to have archeived interviews with just about every F&SF icon.
If Roger lived today, things would probably be different. Ah well…

Hey, good thinking! I did turn up an appearance by Zelazny on Prisoners of Gravity. It’s at 6:49 in this video:

Zelazny is my favorite too. I read the first Amber series through every two or three years. Gets better every time.
Kudos on the podcast too. I rarely miss an episode.
